We offer a wide range of themed backdrops for children’s birthdays, milestone birthdays, and everything in between. We specialize in everything for your big day, including balloons, floral backdrops, neon signs, bespoke printing, and confidential proposal arrangements. You can choose between artificial or real florals, or a mix of both. We also offer candles and other add-ons such as neons etc, which can be discussed when you enquire with us.

Terms and Conditions

Balloons


After setting up your event. You are solely responsible for how you take care of the balloons. Everything will be checked over before leaving and to make sure you are happy with everything.

Balloons outdoors can quickly oxidise in heat meaning if you have any chromes in your display they will fade to a Matt look. This is totally normal as we can not be responsible for Mother Nature on the day (rain or shine).

You will be given a balloon aftercare care with your set up to understand how to care and dispose after use to protect the environment. 


Props 

All props are checked for any marks damages etc before setting up your event. 

If any props on arrival of collection are damaged scuffed or broken you will be responsible for the damage and have to pay for this. 

Flowers 

Each set up will have a desired number of bunches of flowers. On collection if any flowers  are missing you will be responsible for this and will have to pay for them. 

Children 

We want your party to be enjoyable for all the family but please keep your little ones away from rocking the props standing on them or pulling on any wires from the neon sign or throwing food or drink near them. 

These terms and conditions are part of your overall quote which you are now confirming once you have paid your 50% non refundable booking fee.
